The Opportunity

• Collaborate with team members to develop proposals and client qualifications
• Contribute to the creation of brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Research and collect information for project pursuits, interviews, and client outreach
• Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and speaking engagements
• Maintain and update databases for conferences, events, and award submissions
• Help with knowledge management including organizing project information and standard submission data
• Update and maintain information our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date
• Assist with integrating AI tools into marketing processes and data analysis
• Coordinate meetings and distribute meeting notes
• Work with fellow interns on a team case study project and present your findings

What we offer you

New York Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York, NY is $24.00 to $34.50 per hour. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York, NY will differ.
