Senior Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Sr Data Scientist I to optimize and operationalize advanced machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and fine-tune existing machine learning models to meet specific business needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, model-driven solutions for clinical research challenges

Implement and evaluate large language models and retrieval-augmented systems to enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications

MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience

5+ years of hands-on experience developing and fine-tuning ML or LLM models

Expertise in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch

Experience managing workflows within Databricks for machine learning projects

Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
