Job Title : Insurance Sales Producer Licensed or Willing to Become Licensed

Job Type : Full-Time

What Youll Do

  • Actively prospect, engage, and close new insurance business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct insurance reviews to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Recommend and explain auto, home, life, and health insurance products based on customer needs
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize conversion
  • Manage client policy renewals and coverage changes
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements

    • What You Bring

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven by results
  • Prior insurance sales experience preferred but not required
  • Current Life & Health and / or Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain we'll guide and support you through the process)
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and conducting in-person or virtual sales conversations
