This is a hospital employed W-2 position. Job Responsibilities Wide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB / GYN, Neuro, Vascular, and Trauma. No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. Salary & Benefits Sign-on incentive 8 weeks paid time off CME & specialty membership dues reimbursement Shifts worked over scheduled FTE paid at $250 150% a hour Retirement with company match Health / Vision / Dental starting first day Qualifications Completion of a graduate program Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed, valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA Work Schedule Fixed shift, 40 hours a week. Scheduled for 1760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status.
