Job Title : VDC Reality Capture Technician

Responsibilities :

• Data Collection : Utilize reality capture technologies such as laser scanners, drones, and 3D cameras to collect accurate spatial data from construction sites.
• Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, BIM (Building Information Modeling) coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and project requirements are met.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of data collection processes and results, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct quality checks on captured data to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Technical Support : Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of reality capture tools and software.
• Travel : Travel to various project sites as needed to perform data capture tasks.

This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient data collection and processing, which supports the overall success of construction and design projects.
