Competitive pay : $25–$30 / hour plus overtime opportunities (5–10 hours / week).

1st or 2nd shift available to fit your schedule.

What You’ll Do

This role is split between metal fabrication and machine assembly , with opportunities to expand into leadership over time.

Fabricate machine components : cut, bend, drill, and weld structural steel and other metals.

Use MIG welding and fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, and drills.

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are fabricated to spec.

Assemble custom machinery from the ground up, ensuring fit, alignment, and function.

Build frames and components, and prepare completed machines for painting / shipping.

Support workflow efficiency, safety, and quality throughout fabrication and assembly processes.

Potential to mentor and delegate tasks as experience grows.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of hands-on fabrication and / or machine assembly experience.

Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication tools.

Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.

Experience building machine frames and structural components.

Career-oriented mindset with an interest in long-term stability.

Team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with forklift and overhead crane operations is a plus.

Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm

2nd Shift : Monday–Friday, 3 : 45pm–1 : 00am

Pay : $25–$30 / hour based on experience, plus overtime.
