Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality, hands-on patient care in a variety of settings, including dialysis units, assisted living facilities, and critical care transport.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and ensure timely updates to MDS documentation.
• Implement strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile healthcare environment.
• Assist with ventilator management and participate in critical care procedures as needed.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Leverage knowledge in ophthalmology, family planning, and medical coding to enhance patient care and ensure accurate treatment.
