Duration : 13 Weeks initially (Strong Possibility of extension)

Guaranteed Hours- 36 Hours

Shift : 12's / 8's Eve / Nights Mix

Pay Range - $40.00 - $47.36 / Hour

Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assist with planning and implementing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
• Help maintain a safe working environment and perform job responsibilities safely.
• Maintain clinical and professional competency appropriate to the patient's age, developmental stage, and special needs.
• Participate in patient assessments by collecting and interpreting relevant data to determine nursing care needs.
• Recognize and determine the need for immediate intervention when necessary.
• Document patient observations, treatments, responses to treatment, and nursing care
• using the nursing process.
• Actively participate in treatments and assist with procedures.
• Assist in developing or revising the care plan by providing data and suggesting potential goals and interventions for RN review.
• Implement the plan under RN supervision and ensure tasks are completed as directed.
• Communicate significant changes in patient status to the appropriate clinical staff.
