Monday - Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch
10 - 14 patients per day 60 minutes new patients, 30 minutes follow-ups
Outpatient clinical setting
Adult patient population only
Seeking minimum 6-month commitment
