The LPN attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed. NEW PAY RATES – Effective September 2025 Competitive base pay with enhanced LPN rates REQUIREMENTS : Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) or knowledge of a specialized field. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma). Less than one year of experience required; related experience preferred. Current License for Practical Nursing. AHA CPR Certification required. Basic computer skills. Technical skills including Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, EKG Machine, and Specialty Bed Operation.
