Job Responsibilities
Answer inbound sales and service calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to internet leads and past customers.
Schedule sales appointments and confirm existing appointments.
Provide accurate information regarding vehicle inventory, promotions, and dealership services.
Track and log customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers.
Support the sales and service teams by ensuring customers receive timely, high-quality communication.
Qualifications
Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional phone voice and excellent written communication.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a high volume of customer contacts.
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge preferred.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
Must be able to sit / stand / walk for long periods of time.
Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
Frequent – Repetitive motion.
Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20 lbs.
Physical Working Conditions
This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
