Process Fulfillment Project Manager

This role will drive the transition of our consumer fulfillment function into the call center environment, ensuring business continuity and efficiency.

Core responsibilities include :

• Mapping current DSAR / opt-out workflows and defining future-state processes
• Developing SOPs, work instructions, and QA checklists for call center agents
• Coordinating training and rollout with Call Center / IT teams
• Managing tooling handoffs (CRRS, Jira, OneTrust, reporting)
• Monitoring SLAs and daily / weekly performance metrics
• Identifying short-term efficiency gains while longer-term automation progresses

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $82.00 / hr.
