We are seeking a highly skilled RF Optimization Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Nokia LTE / 5G networks, KPI monitoring, network tuning, and parameter optimization to improve overall performance and customer experience. The role involves troubleshooting coverage gaps, analyzing drive test logs, proposing optimization strategies, and working closely with planning and integration teams.

Requirements :

• 4+ years of RF optimization experience on Nokia LTE / 5G networks
• Experience with NetAct, Eden-NET, TEMS, Actix
• Strong KPI analysis and troubleshooting skills
• AT&T, T-Mobile, or other international operator experience is mandatory
