Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with integration and engineering teams for successful customer implementations
Drive customer engagement and support the customer journey through success planning and resource provision
Act as the voice of the customer to influence product offerings and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
Experience with SaaS technology and cloud systems, preferably with open source
Proven track record of successful renewals and contract management
Experience working with enterprise customers
Ability to manage multiple customers at various stages
