The Alfa Romeo Aftersales Area Manager position will reside and support dealers in the Florida and live near Orlando / SE Florida

Alfa Romeo Area Manager - Service and Parts position has revenue-generating sales responsibility with a group of Alfa Romeo dealerships in Florida. The Area Manager position serves as a liaison between the dealers, the Business Center and Stellantis Corporate Headquarters who will be responsible for all areas of service and parts marketing, including retail service advertising, promotion and display; retail / wholesale parts and accessory advertising, promotion and display, enhancing dealership processes to improve customer retention and advocacy, training dealership personnel on Aftersale products and initiatives. The goal of these activities is to help our dealerships improve sales, customer retention, and profits. The qualified candidate will be expected to review and analyze dealer performance, advertising, staffing, financial statements, and generally consult with dealers to maximize their overall service and parts operations. Having the ability to motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to high levels of performance is critical to this position.

The position will also require understanding of Dealer Sales process, including : Allocation, Sales reporting and incentives. To assist the Sales Area Manager in Sales as needed.
