Mission Staffing of Texas is hiring responsible, hardworking individuals for a manufacturing company in Highlands, TX that specializes in mixing and packaging automotive and industrial lubricants.

HIRING FOR THE 6PM-6AM SHIFTS

Pay : $13.00 / hour with a $1.25 Shift differential

Shifts : Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

Location : Highlands, TX 77562

Job Description :

Production Operators will work with computer-controlled or mechanical equipment to ensure machinery is set up properly, running efficiently, and producing quality products. You’ll perform one or more packaging functions such as labeling, packing, palletizing, case erecting, or operating filling machines.

Daily Responsibilities Include :

Setting up, adjusting, and operating production equipment per specifications

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing minor maintenance on machines

Inspecting products for quality and accuracy

Maintaining a clean, safe work area using proper Lockout / Tagout procedures

Reporting any malfunctions to the Line Leader or Supervisor

Completing and maintaining accurate production paperwork

Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED preferred

One to three months of related experience or training

Must speak English and be able to read and follow written instructions

Basic math and computer skills required

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and typical plant conditions

Must pass a drug screen

Must have reliable transportation

No theft or violent crimes accepted
