As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience by leading a team that is focused on cleanliness, presentation, and exceptional service. With a strong commitment to hospitality, the EVS Supervisor will ensure that all public areas, gaming floors, and guest spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Through attention to detail, effective team leadership, and a welcoming attitude, the candidate will help create memorable "WOW" moments that enhance each guest's visit leaving a lasting impression long after their visit ends.
The day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Responsible for supervising a team of Environmental Services Porters, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversees daily operations through regular inspections, team briefings, and communication updates
- Provides ongoing support through individual coaching sessions, disciplinary guidance when necessary, and ensures all team members complete required compliance and safety training
- Promotes a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Provides leadership and support to ensure departmental policies, procedures, and service standards are upheld throughout the shift
- Manages employee inquiries and guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency, while directing the team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the casino, public areas, offices, and other designated spaces
- Coordinates property maintenance needs with Facilities and prepares detailed end-of-shift reports
- Assists department leadership with administrative and operational functions, consistently delivering friendly, proactive, and service-focused support
The ideal candidate :
Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming CommissionMust have a high school diploma or GEDHas at least 2 years of prior relevant experience within hotel, housekeeping, and / or hospitalityHas prior leadership experience within hospitality and / or guest service operationsIs available to work the graveyard shift of 11pm-8am including weekends and holidaysThe perks and benefits include :

$64,350.00 - $91,249.60
The pay range for this role represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
