We are the world's leading college admissions consultancy, with a large scale network of tutors and mentors and a data-driven approach to admissions guidance. This is a full-time position, based in the U.S. The role is currently fully remote but may require occasional in-person meetings and events in the future.
Responsibilities
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
- Identifying and interacting with new potential Crimson customers
- Establishing rapport with parents and their students to communicate and showcase the benefits of working with Crimson Education
- Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments professionally in line with the Crimson brand
- Presenting and promoting Crimson products to prospective families
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive customer interactions that lead to referrals
- Onboarding new clients to the Student Success Manager team
- Contacting existing clients to inform and upsell new developments
- Resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge
- Hosting or attending sales-oriented marketing events when necessary
- Maintaining effective communication with Accounts to ensure timely payment
- Providing feedback to improve sales processes
- Being a proactive contributor to a high-performing team
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in sales or business or an education-oriented field, and / or equivalent sales experience; preference for education-related experienceClear understanding of sales fundamentalsStrong communication and customer rapport-building skillsTime management and ability to work remotely across multiple U.S. time zonesExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills; experience presenting to large groups is a plusKnowledge of the US college admissions process and Ivy League landscape is a plusKnowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plusWhy work for Crimson?
