Our client, a global leader in innovative industrial technology solutions, is seeking a Principal Engineer to drive cutting-edge projects with the potential to grow into a managerial role.

What Youll Do :

Lead complex electrical design projects from concept to production, overseeing component selection, system architecture, and integration across hardware, firmware, and mechanical systems.

Guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.

Develop and execute strategic plans for system designs, incorporating advanced technologies.

Mentor engineers in an agile environment, fostering technical excellence.

Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure robust, reliable designs.

What You Bring :

Bachelors degree with 15+ years or Masters degree with 13+ years in electrical engineering.

Expertise in PCBA development, schematic design (Altium preferred), and digital / analog circuits.

Strong knowledge of EMI / EMC design, testing, and certification practices.

Proficiency with ECAD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and DOE methodology.

Experience with FPGA, C / C++ programming, or VHDL is a plus.

Proven leadership in cross-functional, global teams with a path to managerial growth.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-oriented skills.
