Senior Scrum Master

Base pay range

$61.00 / hr - $67.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Possess Agile knowledge and expertise on tools, ceremonies, and practices
• Facilitate all required agile ceremonies, including but not limited to stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Senior Scrum Master will collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear user stories
• Managing and delivering projects to specifications using a defined development process and delivering within budget and timeline
• Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and principles
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• As a Senior Scrum Master, you will act as a liaison between the scrum team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
• Develop and manage an integrated project roadmap, tracking key achievements, dependencies, and critical paths

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
