Hourly Pay Range : $27.00 – $39.00 (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential : +$4.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $20,000

Job Description

We are seeking full-time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (Med-Surg RNs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients. This position is available for Day or Night shifts (12 hours, rotating weekends). Med-Surg RNs are key members of our clinical team, providing holistic care and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Shifts Available

Days (7 AM – 7 PM)

Nights (7 PM – 7 AM) – includes $4.00 / hr night differential

Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practice

Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor outcomes

Document care plans, interventions, and patient progress

Collaborate with providers, case managers, and other clinical staff

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery

Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies

Maintain compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license or compact license (must apply for Florida if not yet obtained)

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg experience preferred but not required)

ASN required ; BSN preferred

BLS (AHA) certification required
