job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Proven track record of successfully completing projects, with strong project planning and delivery experience Exceptional attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative, team-oriented, and client-focused approach Ability to effectively influence senior-level leadership and stakeholders Strong time management and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines Proficiency in developing business and fostering client relationships through effective communication TECHNOLOGY / COMPUTER EXPERIENCE : Proficiency in Bluebeam Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Lead project management, guiding design teams from inception to completion Prepare comprehensive proposals and reports for diverse project scales Coordinate project phases, ensuring quality adherence throughout Chair design and construction meetings to ensure project alignment Design electrical systems for commercial facilities, including branch circuit distribution and fire alarms Conduct calculations to ensure system functionality and compliance Manage construction administration tasks, including site visits and document reviews Support Marketing / Business Development initiatives alongside the Marketing Director Fulfill additional assigned duties as needed

EXPERIENCE :
- 5+ years of recent experience in Electrical Engineering design within an architectural or MEP firm
- LEED accreditation is highly desired
- Advanced proficiency in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage work to produce projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience maintaining successful client relationships
- Advanced planning and organization skills, with the ability to lead multiple-discipline project teams
EDUCATION :
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES :
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
