The Role

We’re seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality operations in our Burlington, NC facility. In this role, you’ll oversee inspections, audits, and documentation while driving continuous improvement across assembly and field support. You’ll coach and develop a small team, strengthen SOPs, and ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor quality inspectors / technicians.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, checklists, and audit schedules.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis.
• Champion Lean / 5S initiatives to improve workflows and reduce waste.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Training to refine SOPs.
• Report and track quality metrics; prepare dashboards and management updates.
