Tech Enablement Program Manager

A company is looking for a Tech Enablement Program Manager to oversee tech talent development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, logistics, and communication across multiple workstreams

Maintain program trackers, project plans, team calendars, and status updates

Support the launch and delivery of learning experiences in partnership with program leads

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in program or project management or operations

Strong planning, prioritization, and documentation skills

Experience with program infrastructure such as timelines and dashboards

Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and Airtable
