Job Duties :

Provide direct care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum (high, moderate, and low risk) patients, in collaboration with interdisciplinary team in labor and delivery. Candidates must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to patient and family centered care. In addition to the primary position to this unit, employees are oriented and trained to various competencies / mode of care and delivery across the OB service. Floating among units in order to meet variable needs of volume and acuity is an ongoing expectation of all OB / GYN nurses. At least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery required , OR and triage experience highly desired.

• RN License ( NY ONLY)

Certifications :

This rate is all-inclusive and does not cover any expenses. Benefits are provided as per state laws, like medical as per ACA guidelines, after 2 months from start date. In Addition to 401k after 12 months and a 4% salary match plus sick leaves as per state laws, Paid through Pay check every week on a Friday and you will receive your first pay on the 2nd Friday from your start. OT will be paid after 40 hours per week and it will be 1.5 times the W2 pay rate for the excess hours worked.
