Director Of Student Financial Services
JEVS Human Services currently has an opportunity for an organized, team-oriented individual to join our team at Orleans Technical College (OTC) as the Director of Student Financial Services. OTC is JEVS' post-secondary, nonprofit career school that is committed to helping individuals achieve their employment goals.
Under the leadership of the Campus President, the Director of Student Financial Services will manage and coordinate all aspects of the student financial services department. This includes financial aid administration, student accounts, compliance, reporting, and team leadership, ensuring operational excellence and a student-centered experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the Financial Aid and Bursar teams, setting goals, ensuring training, and upholding compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
- Design, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and systems for effective delivery of financial aid and student account services.
- Oversee all financial aid processing using Anthology (CampusVue), ensuring accuracy of student records and funding disbursements.
- Manage financial aid packaging, loan processing, PHEAA grant administration, and scholarship evaluation.
- Serve as the go-to expert for complex or escalated student financial concerns.
- Collaborate with leadership on tuition proposals, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for IPEDS, FISAP, ECAR, PPA renewals, and Student Status Reports.
- Supervise Federal Work Study allocation, disbursement schedules, and reconciliation.
- Oversee Return to Title IV (R2T4), refund calculations, collections, and default prevention.
- Act as the liaison to the JEVS accounting department and support institutional audits and program reviews.
- Represent Student Financial Services on campus committees and during accreditation reviews.
What We're Looking For :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 10 plus years experience in management of Title IV aid.Knowledge of CampusVue software, FAME, One-Link, ImageNowDemonstrated in-depth knowledge of financial aid regulations and related laws, and ability to make independent judgments and decisions.Good managerial and organizational skills.Excellent counseling skills and interpersonal skills.What's in it for you :

Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
