What You'll Do

Online orderfillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and fill their online orders. This position is fast paced and involves shopping for customers, dispensing orders, and engaging with them. The pace can be intense, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You may also need to assist in-store customers while fulfilling online orders. Walmart offers competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and various benefits including health, financial, and paid time off. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates. The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00, with additional compensation including performance incentives and premiums.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile
• Answer customer questions
• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe
