We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and technically-minded Sales professionals to join our Americas Sales Team. Our ideal candidates have a proven track record of success in capital equipment sales or similar selling process. Our Sales Managers successfully manage existing customer accounts and establish new opportunities to achieve personal and corporate annual sales objectives. The Kestrel Vision global Sales Team is focused on profitable growth through dedicated efforts in value-based selling and delivery of high quality, high value, and reliable solutions for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a high level of customer activity to maximize your opportunity pipeline to drive profitable growth
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations; emphasize technical product features and value based on customers’ needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Build and enhance key relationships by being a dependable and knowledgeable business partner
- Maintain accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of accounts in designated territory
- Develop and sustain thorough knowledge of our products and pricing structure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value-add opportunities to accelerate growth
- Travel as necessary to cover your territory (approximately 50%)
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our company and gain valuable market knowledge
- Develop and sustain technical knowledge of products, applications, features, advantages, and benefits
- Gather market knowledge and trends to position the company for maximum share gain
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred3+ years’ proven experience in consultative sales, territory management, and prospecting CAPEX selling experience is preferredProven track record of prior goal achievement showing increased sales and customer growthExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to create and deliver persuasive presentations and value propositionsWell-established time management, prioritizing, and organizational skillsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM softwareProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Home base location in the western or midwestern United StatesWe're an equal opportunity employer.
