  • Position Overview We’re seeking Board-Certified Physicians to deliver acute care remotely via telehealth, in partnership with on-site paramedics.

    • What You’ll Do

  • ️ Conduct remote assessments and manage acute conditions
  • ️ Collaborate with paramedics providing hands-on care
  • ️ Create personalized treatment plans and prevent readmissions
  • ️ Communicate with care teams to ensure continuity
  • ️ Document encounters and use multiple EMRs On-Site Services You’ll Direct (via Paramedic) Hands-on Physical Exams Bedside Ultrasound IV Meds & Access Respiratory Support CLIA-Waived Blood Tests Viral / Bacterial Swabs Catheter, G-Tube & Central Line Care Shifts & Schedule Minimum Availability :
  • 4 shifts / month (including 1 weekend shift / month) Shift Hours : 12-hour shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM Flexible Scheduling : 7 days / week Requirements Must-Have : MD or DO with Board Certification (EM, IM, FM) Comfortable with multiple EMRs Excellent communication & clinical decision-making Telehealth or home-based care experience 2 Years Experience Active license in NY, PA, or LA Prefer PA or LA Nice-to-Have : Direct experience working with EMS responders Background in value-based care Tech & Environment Expectations Quiet, professional, HIPAA-compliant setting Reliable internet + quality webcam & mic Good lighting + professional appearance Licensing Support We support multi-state licensing and will coordinate much of the process.
  • You’ll need to respond promptly to licensing and credentialing requests (e.g., documentation, fingerprints, etc.).
