Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of the interior construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects : manpower and materials
- Supervise and direct foreman and trade personnel
- Interface with project managers, general contractors, contractors, and more
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Conduct monthly foremen's meetings, trainings, and project updates for management
