What Youll Be Doing :

Clinical Oversight : Provide excellent case management and guide RBTs with integrity and compassion.

Hybrid Supervision : Support families and RBTs both in-person and virtually to ensure quality care.

Assessments & Planning : Write thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that reflect true client needs.

Collaboration : Work closely with caregivers, team members, and school staff to drive results.

Ethics & Compliance : Uphold BACB guidelines and payor policies with transparency and accountability.

Growth Support : Help shape our future by contributing ideas as we grow in Colorado.

Youre a Great Fit If You :

• ? Hold current BCBA certification and are licensed in Colorado
• ? Have 2+ years of ABA experience, ideally in home or school settings
• ? Live in or near Broomfield , with ability to travel locally to Denver, Aurora, Golden
