Cyber Security Analyst II

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of escalation for Cyber Security Analyst I technicians and provide coaching

Create complex detection / correlation rules and perform monitoring for emerging threats

Investigate and document security breaches, and prepare security reports for customer insights

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a security analyst role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; additional security certifications preferred

Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC)

Understanding of network management principles and systems administration for Windows and Linux

Working knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, and vulnerability scanning concepts
