New Home Sales Consultant – Calhoun, GA. We are seeking a driven and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join a leading regional homebuilder in the Chattanooga market. Responsibilities
- Guide prospective buyers through the entire new home sales process, from initial contact to closing.
- Conduct model home tours and present community features, floorplans, and upgrade options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, lenders, real estate agents, and other industry partners.
- Effectively manage leads, follow-ups, and contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive homebuying experience.
- Stay informed on local market trends, competitor offerings, and community updates.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales, real estate, or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment with consistent follow-up and organization.Active real estate license is a plus, but not required.Compensation
