Locums Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) No Call Springfield, MO (Any state license) Why This Role Join a high-volume, Level II trauma facility performing complex cases Flexible schedule with 10- and 12-hour shifts available Collaborative 4 : 1 medical direction model with strong anesthesiology support Assignment Details Start Date : 01 / 12 / 2026 End Date : Ongoing Coverage Type : No Call Schedule : Mondayâ€"Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. â€" 5 : 00 p.m.; 10- and 12-hour shifts (day and evening) EMR : Epic Practice Setting : Inpatient Admissions Required : No Support Staff : 4 : 1 medical direction model Procedures per Day : Varies across 17 operating rooms (average daily census 135 cases, including L&D, ENDO, HEART, EP, MRI / CT) Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Active state license ACLS and BLS Minimum of 3 days per week availability with long-term commitment Minimum 2 years of experience; new graduates not accepted Must provide last 12 months of case logs upon submission Clinical Details Scope : Full anesthesia services for diverse and high-acuity surgical cases Typical Cases : - Neuro, spine, ENT, EP, complex ortho, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, and OB - Adult and pediatric anesthesia - Arterial line placement, intubation, and ventilator management Case Volume : 17 ORs running concurrently Model : 4 : 1 supervision under attending anesthesiologists Compensation Rates : Facility is accepting bids Malpractice : Provided Travel : Reimbursed
