Job Details

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the state bar.

3. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trust and probate litigation OR Trust Litigation OR Probate Estate Litigation

4. Proven track record of handling trust and probate estate litigation.

5. Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and probate litigation.
