Job Title : Bus Person

Reports To : Outlet Manager / Assistant Managers
SUMMARY :
Service of food and beverages to Restaurant area in order to maximize guest satisfaction and enhance a pleasant dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Have strong customer service skills, to work as part of a team.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent and two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to clearly and precisely relay information about hotel and outlets to guests in English, both written and verbal form.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction , multiplies and divides. Be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form..

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk and hear. The colleague frequently is required to stand up to 4 hours, walk, and sit. The colleague is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, perform repetitive motions, bending, and climbing. Occasional pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and crawling. May lift or move up to 10-15 pounds on a daily basis and occasionally lift and / or move up to up to 30 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
