Overview

The Regional Vice President (RVP) will lead, support, and inspire a high-performing team of senior leaders across Canteens operations in Oregon and Washington. This strategic role sets the cultural tone for the region, drives operational excellence, and fosters long-term client partnerships in diverse industries including technology, healthcare, and education.

As a key member of the national leadership team, the RVP will oversee a portfolio of micro-markets, vending, and office coffee services. Youll be responsible for translating national strategy into regional execution, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring financial and service excellence. This role demands a visionary leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while cultivating a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability.
