Job Summary

Keep operations running smoothly! As the Office Manager, you will oversee administrative functions, ensure efficient office systems, and support leadership and staff with key operational needs. You'll manage communications, organize records, and maintain compliance with company standards while creating a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily administrative operations and office workflow
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
• Coordinate communication between departments and leadership
• Oversee supply ordering and vendor management
• Support budgeting, payroll submissions, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with company and venue procedures.
