Specialty : Travel RN-Dialysis\n\nJob Description : \n\nThe nephrology nurse is responsible for the care of pediatric and adult patients with kidney disease.\n\nThe dialysis setting may be involved in the delivery of primary nursing care for patients with CKD. Supervises and performs direct patient care.\n\nMonitor vital signs, initiation and termination of dialysis, documentation, physical assessment of patients and patient care.\n\nNote signs of trauma, patients physical and mental condition.\n\nAnalyzes patient assessments, laboratory data and consults with physicians.\n\nNursing assessment.\n\nProvide Dialysis therapy including but not limited to formulating a dialysis plan per physician orders.\n\nCommunicate all emergencies to supervisor, medical and operations director.\n\nInstruct patients on pre and post dialysis care.\n\nCollaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care.\n\nQualifications and Job Info : \n\n1-2 years of previous Dialysis experience preferred\n\nBSN degree or higher.\n\nActive BLS\n\nActive state nursing license\n\nDemonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.\n\nBenefits : \n\nMedical, dental, and vision on day one\n\nWeekly pay\n\nDirect deposit\n\nAmpVantage Awards Program (AVA)\n\nEarn money for referrals\n\nAbout Us : All Medical Personnel streamlines hiring to get you back to the work you love.
