Worker's Compensation Defense Attorney

Location : Remote Optional- We have offices throughout California!

Salary : $130,000 - $200,000 + Bonus, Benefits, Generous PTO, 401k w / match

Requirements : 3+ years of workers compensation experience preferred

Are you an experienced Defense Attorney interested in joining an established legal firm? We are looking for a motivated and thorough attorney with at least three years of experience in defending clients in lien and litigation cases. What You Will Be Doing

• Assume responsibility for cases at all levels of complexity
• Communicate with clients
• Develop strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases
• Negotiate and settle cases-in-chief as well as liens
• Draft pleadings and reports
• Handle all aspects of workers compensation litigation
