We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer for an exciting role with a leading electrical services company. This role will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving quality issues reported by customers. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with operations, sales, engineering, sourcing, and quality assurance departments to ensure swift solutions and preventive measures are communicated back to customers, fostering strong, accountable relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction : Serve as the initial touchpoint for customer-reported quality concerns, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Issue Management : Organize, triage, and track quality issues to guarantee rapid responses and resolution.
• Action Planning : Assess and decide on the necessary actions to address customer quality issues promptly.
• Field Service Coordination : Arrange field services deployment to customer sites when required.
• Collaborative Problem-solving : Work alongside various departments to identify root causes of quality issues and implement robust prevention strategies.
• Relationship Building : Cultivate strong partnerships with customers by being responsive and accountable to their concerns.
• Knowledge Sharing : Disseminate information and lessons learned from quality issues and their resolutions throughout the organization for collective improvement.
