What to expect
More About The Ideal Candidate
You are on a mission to help customers win.
5-8+ years of experience with at least three years as in a lead product design role or design manager role, preferably in a startup environment.
You possess a versatile design skill set that encompasses all aspects of the design journey, including user research, systems thinking, wireframing, and visual design. While perfection isn\'t the goal, proficiency in these areas is important
Ability to maintain focus, and make decisions without perfect information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to be hands on with our product and process, and lead the team by doing
Experience with maintaining and implementing design systems
Experience in designing & prototyping using Figma
Experience in a vertical SAAS company is a strong plus.
