Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Senior Business / Data Analyst job in Greenwich, CT supporting a dynamic team in the insurance technology sector. In this role, you will work directly with clients and internal product teams to support onboarding, data processing, and product improvement efforts. You will play a key part in solving complex data challenges, managing client requirements, and producing high-quality documentation and insights. This position requires strong Excel and data analysis skills, client-facing experience, and a solid understanding of software development processes.

Senior Business / Data Analyst Job responsibilities :

• Support client onboarding and ongoing data processing through technical analysis and documentation
• Collaborate with product teams to convert client feedback into actionable feature enhancements
• Manage enhancement requests and participate in software implementation and service desk rotations
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide client education and support to ensure successful adoption of the platform
