We are hiring a Full-time Security Flex Officer for Mortenson Construction in Lincoln, NE .

Job Details :

• Pay Rate : $21.00 / hour
• Schedule : Must be able to work all shifts (flexibility required)
• Duties : Foot and Mobile Patrol, Access Control.
• Experience : Must have 1+ years of security experience (no exceptions)
• Skills : Must have Excellent computer and customer service skills, with a valid driver's license.
• Physical Requirements : Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

You will undergo training in various positions to maintain the facility's security by verifying the identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors, while conducting regular foot and mobile patrols throughout the property. This position necessitates meticulous attention to detail, physical endurance, and a strong dedication to safety and security protocols.

Responsibilities :
