We are seeking a Commercial Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage commercial roofing and construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate projects efficiently. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial roofing and construction projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and Nitro team members to maintain schedules and project efficiency.
• Ensure all work meets company and industry standards while maintaining safety compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Address on-site challenges quickly and efficiently, keeping projects on track.
• Utilize project management software (JobNimbus) to track progress, communicate, and ensure documentation is up to date.
