CNC Programmer–Machinist (Mazatrol / G‑Code)

  • Do you enjoy owning the full cycle—from programming to first‑article inspection to production run?
  • Can you switch effortlessly between CNC horizontals, verticals, and turning centers—and jump on a manual lathe or grinder when needed?
  • Are you fluent in Mazatrol and comfortable writing / adjusting G & M code on the fly?
  • Do you collaborate well with engineers and machinists to solve problems fast and improve processes?

Role Highlights

  • Program, set up, and operate complex work on CNC equipment; manage tool wear and create standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring.
  • Work from blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions to produce precision parts that meet tight tolerances.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions; document results and report deviations.
  • Troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, and make minor repairs; escalate major issues to supervision.
  • Complete work orders, production logs, setup sheets, and material usage records accurately.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement; attend monthly EHS training and follow PPE / safety requirements.

    • Must‑Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of CNC machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of CNC programming experience.
  • Ability to read / interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and BOMs.
  • Comfort with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses).
  • Strong problem‑solving, written and verbal communication, time management, and adaptability.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs with a partner; work within test pressures not exceeding 30,000 PSI.

    • Nice to Have

  • 2+ years in fast‑paced manufacturing operations.
  • General computer skills : SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proven success programming high‑complexity parts with Mazatrol and G / M code.

    • Proficiencies We Value

  • Equipment troubleshooting; CNC tooling; CNC programming; CNC machine repair / installation.
  • Troubleshooting CNC machines; manual machining; blueprint reading.
  • Excellent communication; Microsoft Excel; basic computer literacy; HS / GED; manufacturing experience.

  • CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) — Fanuc, Mazak
  • CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) — Mazak
  • CNC Lathe (5+ axis) — Mazak
  • Manual Lathe
  • Manual Grinder

    Site : Ivyland, PA (Milton Roy – 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974)

    Shift : 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3 : 30 PM–12 : 00 AM
