DealerFLEX is looking for a service-oriented Junior Valet Manager to join our team at one of the top automotive dealerships in West Chester, PA. If you have previous supervisory experience in the automotive industry and are eager to grow, we want to hear from you!

Job Description

As Junior Valet Manager, you will train under experienced leadership to develop the skills necessary to manage a dealership service drive valet team. This role requires hands-on management of daily service drive operations, direct oversight of employees, and a strong willingness to learn.

Hands-On Training & Responsibilities

  • Employee onboarding, training, and management
  • Scheduling and oversight of daily team tasks
  • Administration of company policies with HR and the Area Manager
  • Maintaining DealerFLEX standard operating procedures with the client
  • Conducting daily safety reviews and enforcing compliance
  • Holding monthly meetings with client account holders
  • Reviewing payroll, timekeeping, and budgeting processes
  • Coaching and mentoring team members for career growth
  • Supporting operational efficiency and customer service excellence

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Driver’s License – Minimum 5 years of driving experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No recent moving violations
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges
  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, payroll, and client interactions
  • Excellent Communication – Professional interaction with employees and dealership clients
