Global Career Development & Growth Solutions Lead
The Corporate team unites a variety of functions at Morningstar including design, marketing, finance, quality, talent & culture, corporate communications, legal, compliance, strategic planning, and technology with the goal of keeping our business running smoothly. The role we are seeking is a Global Career Development & Growth Solutions Lead to build and scale Morningstar's global Career Development Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will design and deliver innovative career development solutions for a global audience, oversee an internal coaching program, and lead the creation of a global internship program.
Reporting into the Global Director of Career Development and Transformation, the Lead will also run key learning and development experiences such as Morningstar Development Program (MDP) Academy, while creating a roadmap for early career development programs that strengthen our talent pipeline. Partnering closely with the Global Director of Career Development and Transformation, this role will shape and operationalize Morningstar's global Career Development CoE practice.
This position is in our Chicago office and is not open for relocation.

Total Cash Compensation Range $92,525.00 - 157,275.00 USD Annual Inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive
