Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care according to individualized care plans

Safely administer medications and treatments with clinical accuracy

Monitor residents’ health conditions and communicate changes promptly to RNs and physicians

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, social services, and families

Provide guidance and support to CNAs, ensuring high standards of care delivery

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred

Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
