Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 20 - 25 patients per day, 10 patients per 4-hour session
• Community health center / FQHC outpatient setting
• EMR : Epic
• Experience with pain management and addiction medicine required
• Pediatric to geriatric patient population
• Charts must be completed same day during clinic hours
• 3 years primary care experience required recent outpatient setting

Compensation and Benefits

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.
